Refund policy

The church offers a full refund within 3 days of purchase, as long as the course materials have not been shipped. After 3 days, or once the physical textbook, practicum notebook, or final exam has been mailed, refunds are subject to a $100 reshelving and administrative fee.

Digital items (such as the Welcome Package PDF) cannot be returned. If the student has already accessed or downloaded the digital materials, the refund may be reduced or unavailable.
